We are pleased to announce that Tsutomu Takase, Koichi Shirahama, and Kengo Nagata have joined Ohtsuka Patent Office, P.C. as patent attorneys.

Patent Attorney Tsutomu Takase has had a distinguished career at the Japan Patent Office, where he served as Chief Examiner, Chief Trial Examiner, and Director of the Trial Division. His extensive experience has given him deep insights and understanding of patents and intellectual property. Additionally, he has served as an investigator at the Intellectual Property High Court, where he gained valuable legal expertise and practical experience.

Patent Attorney Koichi Shirahama has been actively involved in various aspects of intellectual property law, particularly in the IT field, throughout his career. With experience in both law firms and corporations, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complex aspects of patent law and intellectual property management.

Patent Attorney Kengo Nagata has been involved in the research and development of PHY/MAC layer technologies for wireless LAN at NTT. He has also engaged in intellectual property rights acquisition and public relations. His expertise and experience are essential for addressing a wide range of issues related to patents and intellectual property.
